Bullies

Many of us have dealt with these personalities since childhood. I don't know about you but I have a hard time cracking this personality at the work place. It seems to be those in management that are these bully personalities. So what does one do, Cave. I know that this is not the right thing to do but how does one combat these bullies?
I don't want to combat them.

I want to be able to have them see what they are doing is bullying and that is counterproductive to a long-term cohesive work environment. Maybe I am optimist. I usually get teased by others saying, 'Good Luck with that' ,'You're dreaming'. Well, guess what. If we don't try to change the circumstances around us and try to live the purposes of this life set before us. What is the point?

To Muddle one's way through is what we do. if one has a direction in life then this aimless search to change our 'world' will change. We can do it if we try.

The problem is people don't group together and tackle the establishment to change because "The Man" does beat us down. After all, "The Man" has the power and the ability to do so. It sucks. If we get enough people and raise enough hell, maybe then we can change our 'world' and start to live out the purposes meant for our lives.
