Drive or Die

Most of us see each day in our homes, workplace, and other social settings.
We can usually cipher who has it and who does not. of course, i am talking about the drive to accomplish a task and take initiative to start a new one. Why is it that people don't have drive?
Maybe their parents removed too many challenges in front of them so as kids, the person wouldn't drive against the obstacles placed in front of them. Succeed or fail. But trying is the key battle in which one can test whether or not they have drive. I have been lacking it in sufficient amount so i think I will make a list to accomplish with imposed deadlines. After all this might be the start of becoming better, evolving to some higher, or living out this purpose we have been given to us from God.
