If you are like me, you understand why you did it. What most of us don't get why we didn't prevent it.
How many times must one fail at something in order to take the necessary steps so that the action is not repeated? I wish I wouldn't do it. But I do it anyway. Apostle Paul had something to say about that.
When I reach this crux, I wonder, Will I ever overcome this problem that keeps on coming up? Can I actually do anything about it? Why does it just go away and not bother me anymore? One solution I keep on trying is the replacement theory. 1) You do something you don't like. 2) You don't want to do it anymore. 3) Replace it with something better to occupy that space in your life. 4) Will I keep this new habit up? This is the question. If I would just ask for help maybe then I wouldn't fail so often. Often I just feel like
I am standing still or unable to walk away from the problem that keeps holding me back.
